Shop Safety and Machine Guarding Program
There are various shop areas on Lafayette’s campus, within academic programs and maintenance facilities.
The Shop Safety and Machine Guarding Program establishes the minimum requirements necessary to allow for the safe use of various shops by employees and students. The program covers all shops within campus facilities, including but not limited to those affiliated with the sciences, fine arts, performing arts, engineering and facilities operations shops.
