If you want to bring a motor vehicle to the College next school year, you must submit a parking registration request. This form will be open from noon Monday, July 6, through noon Sunday, July 19. If your request is approved, we will bill your account $445 for 2020-21 after Aug. 3. This is a non-refundable registration fee and is not eligible to be prorated.

Do not bring a vehicle to campus unless Public Safety has approved your request. You will receive an answer via an email separate from the automatic reply received after submitting your request.

Parking is limited and approved on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to improve your chances.

By submitting a registration request, you agree to abide by the College’s motor vehicle rules and regulations and hold Lafayette College free of all liability for damage or loss to the vehicle you are registering and any of its contents except that caused by College equipment under the direct control of Lafayette and its agents and employees.

First-year students
We don’t anticipate having the capacity to accommodate vehicle registration requests from first-year students, but you may register in case we have fewer registrations than expected from other class years. When asked for your campus mailbox, use four zeros, and select “unknown” for campus housing address.

Seniors and juniors
You will receive priority consideration for parking assignments if you register prior to July 19. If you miss this deadline, you may still register, but your class year will not be taken into consideration when assigning parking.

Off-campus students
You must register your motor vehicle online with the Department of Public Safety. You must pick up the LC sticker at 901 Bushkill Drive and display it on your vehicle.

In addition, you also must register in person at the Easton Police Department’s Traffic Division for a residential parking permit. Public Safety will provide a list of all registered off-campus students to the Traffic Division. You will not receive a city parking permit unless your name is on this list. A registration fee will not be charged for street parking.

Study abroad students
If you will attend Lafayette for either the fall or spring semester, please register online now.
